This high energy, information packed, fun filled experience will help you to understand yourself and others better. People are motivated by four intrinsic drives that direct their behaviour patterns. These traits are described in words as : DOMINANT, INSPIRING, SUPPORTIVE and CAUTIOUS, abbreviated as DISC; they are objective and descriptive rather than subjective and judgmenta. During the workshop participants will be introduced to personality styles and will explore for themselves their own four drives and the intensity in each type. They will then move on to learn how different personalities interact and respond with one another in any form of negotiation to reduce conflict.
